What does Wyld Coffee do?
Wyld Coffee is a certified fairtrade organic coffee company that produces only the highest of quality coffee for our customers. As opposed to having the best coffee, Wyld has partnered up with a list of fabulous charities that we donate $2 from every bag of coffee purchased to. We allow you the customer to choose which charity you want us to make the donation to. So not only are you drinking great coffee, but you’re also helping out a great cause of your choice.
Can I customize the coffees I receive?
While some of our products intentionally contain a range of roast profiles (medium to dark), origins, and blends/single origin coffees, you can either purchase a product that specifically fits your palate, ( medium, dark, espresso, etc.) or you can tailor your ongoing subscription to your roast preference. If there’s any way we can make your gift or subscription better suited to what you love to drink, just let us know!
How much coffee is in each bag?
Each bag is 12 ounces (340g) of whole bean coffee. This makes approximately 40 cups of coffee depending on your brewing method and strength preferences.
When will I receive my first shipment?
We ship everyday for all items except on weekends. Once you choose your subscription plan, or one time purchase we will process your order and ship it to you. In most cases, your coffee will be delivered within 3 business days.

Wyld Coffee ships all across Canada.
Can I choose what coffees come in my order?
We offer the option to customize your roast profile so that you only receive medium, dark, espresso in each order. Each order is completely customizable, allowing you the option to choose which bags you want and how many and how often you want them.
I forgot my password. How can I sign into my account?
If you forgot your password, it’s not a big deal at all, just head over to the accounts tab and click on forgot password and you can reset it at anytime using the email you provided at sign up.
I received Wyld Coffee subscription as a gift. Can I create an account to review coffees or edit my subscription?
Of course! Just create an account and send us an email at [email protected] Enter in your email address (which you will use to log in) as well as your name and postal code as they appear on the label of the box you were sent. From there, you’ll be prompted to set a password which will be used to log in in the future.
Are your coffees organic and/or fair trade?
All of our coffees are certified fair trade organic.
Is your coffee Kosher?
All of our coffees are certified kosher.
Allergies and Ingredients
Our coffees contain one ingredient, and one ingredient only: whole coffee beans. There are no additives and no other ingredients.
How fresh is your coffee?
All of our coffee is roasted that same week so you’re being sent coffee that has been roasted within 5 days of shipping at most.
Do you offer ground coffee?
No, unfortunately at the moment we do not offer ground coffee, all of our coffee is whole bean.
How do I track the status of an order?
You can see which orders have shipped, and whether you have future shipments scheduled. Every time we ship, we send you a shipment notification by email. If you have any questions about an order, you can also contact us at [email protected]
How do I become a Partnered charity?

How hard is it to cancel?
Too easy. You can cancel your subscription membership at any time, hassle-free. Just send us an email to [email protected] telling us you want to cancel. Cancellations must be placed 5 days prior to next shipment date. Shipment dates are started from your first order, and then shipped out every two or four weeks depending on the frequency you chose.
