MEDIUM ROAST

This coffee comes from the Sierra Nevada region along the Caribbean coast. The area is dominated by aboriginals and lends itself to traditional coffee farming methods that are in harmony with mother earth. The coffee is a chocolate bomb, dark chocolate and sweet caramel with a hint of tobacco notes. Medium to full body, low acidity and a smooth creamy character.

DARK ROAST

SUMATRA 120Z/BAG
Approximately 40 CUPS OF COFFEE

A dark roast that brings out the caramelization of sugars, clove, cedar, spice, slight earthiness and sweet tobacco. Rich volcanic soil lends to a full bodied with medium to low acidity, rich dark chocolate and smoky characters.

ESPRESSO

ESPRESSO 120Z/BAG
Approximately 40 CUPS OF COFFEE

A blend of some of the best coffees the world has to offer, this Sumatran, Colombian and Ethiopian harmony is a real crowd pleaser. A versatile blend that can be prepared as both an espresso and regular drip, you can expect notes of dark chocolate, caramel, bright florals and noticeable juicy notes. Also comes out great as a drip coffee!

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR DRIP COFFEE

GRIND

Grind your coffee beans according to your brewing method. If using a french press, use a coarse grind. Coarse ground coffee will resemble the consistency of sea salt. If using a home brewer, grind your coffee to a medium grind. This should have a consistency close to regular sand.

 

STORE

Store beans in an air tight container out of direct sunlight.

BREW

Use 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz of filtered water at 195°F-205°F.

 

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
FOR ESPRESSO

GRIND

Grind your coffee beans to around the size of table salt. When the ground coffee begins to clump together, you’re at about the right consistency.

 

STORE

Store beans in an air tight container out of direct sunlight.

*Although our coffees have been created to suit specific brewing methods, you can try any one of them as either a regular drip or espresso.

BREW

Use 9 grams of coffee for a single shot of espresso using filtered water at 195°F-205°F.
